Description:
Goa was declared the permanent host for the
International Film Festival of India (IFFI) from 2004-
2005. A world-class venue was created
by integrating all festival related facilities, including
multiplexes,
film market venue, convention centers,
etc., with a comprehensive Riverfront Development
Plan for the Mandovi River, which formed the backdrop for the festival.
The rehabilitated Old Goa Medical College
Building was one of the key centres of the film festival. |
