Dr. Wilem W Frischmann

Dr. Wilem W Frischmann joined the firm in 1958, then known as C J Pell and Partners. He was made a Partner in 1961. In 1968 he became Chairman and the company took on a new name as Pell Frischmann & Partners, now, the Pell Frischmann Group. There are multiple organizations under this umbrella, one of them being Frischmann Prabhu (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Educated at the Hammersmith College of Art and Building and later the Imperial College and City University in London, Dr Frischmann is renowned for his research and as a specialist in the design and construction of tall building, bridges and large foundations. He has been responsible for the design and project management of a wide variety of exemplary civil engineering structures.
Notable examples of his work include Centre Point and Nat West Bank Headquarters (then the tallest in Europe) in the City of London.
