| Tushar
Prabhu started Frischmann Prabhu, with
a core group, in India in 1995. After completing his education
in Engineering at Cambridge University (UK) and City Planning
at Harvard University (USA), Tushar has worked on urban
infrastructure projects around the world.
For the last 12 years Tushar has been at the helm of Frischmann
Prabhu India, growing it from a group of 6 to a flourishing
firm of 300. He is also a director of Pell Frischmann, London.
He is one of the youngest engineers ever to be made a fellow
of the Institution of Civil Engineers and is also a fellow
of the
Royal Geographical Society. In 2006 he received in person,
on behalf of the firm, the Queen's Award for Enterprise from
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. His interests include reading
fiction, cartography and cricket.
